Lamps to top of sockets: 26.75. Lamps to top of finials: 35.5. Weight (not including cords): 10 lbs. This is an incredible pair of lamps by Frederick Cooper, with what look like all the original parts from the 1960s, including the labels on the sockets. The lamps are made from a beautiful pair of hand painted porcelain vases, 17.5 tall and 7.1 wide by themselves.
On most Asian lamps made for the Western market, the details are transferred or printed on and then colors are painted in, but on this pair of vases all of the outlines and coloring are hand painted. Im unsure if the vases come from Japan or China, as they are glued to the bases.
The tops and bases are both made out of wood with a dark stain. The porcelain has no cracks or chips, and the wood pieces have some minor scuffs/nicks. They have been tested to make sure they work, and are set for three-way bulbs. _gsrx_vers_827 GS 7.0.13 (827).
