Each vase has the same reign mark on the bottom in iron-red. The mark is possibly "Da Qing Jiaqing Nian Zhi" which pays homage to an older reign. This mark has been identified on some porcelain vases made in Hong Kong in the 1960s - 1970s. Longevity in Chinese culture and are one of the "three abundances" in Chinese art. Peaches often appear in Chinese art and are prized for beautiful home decor. The wood stain is reddish in color and looks very nice to display the vases. There is a little damage to the rim on the top of one stand (just over an inch in length - see red arrow in photo). There are also scratches and rubs on the wood from use. This imperfect look adds to the vintage look of the vases. The stands are in very good condition with expected use overall.
I prefer the aged look of these matching older stands to newer stands for the peach vases. The pair of peach tree vases are in excellent vintage condition with normal wear. There could be small surface scratches and minor paint loss.
There are no chips, cracks, repairs or damage to the porcelain vases. Specifics of One Peach Vase (Both are Similar). Marked: Da Qing Jiaqing Nian Zhi circa 1960-70s Hong Kong? Specifics of One Wood Stand (Both are Similar).
